Wow - what a busy day! Trying to get caught up on things from the snow day and trying to finish up some units before Christmas break. The grade six students (am) should be working on three things at home tonight:- continue their reading and logging any vocabulary and questions they may need clarified in the literature circle package (our next meeting is Thursday and several students were NOT prepared last time - I am expecting all to be ready to share their thoughts).
- finish their data tables (e.g. class, Canadian) that we started in class today. We will be using this data to construct pictographs, bar graphs, and line graphs starting tomorrow
- continue with Math Reflex... we are going for 100% fluency! So far Sam, Louis, and Jared have reached this target! Congrats boys!
